The DASA, known as Direct Admission Student Abroad, is a scheme or quota which is a gateway to Indian Engineering and, Architecture courses for Non-Resident Indians, Persons of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizen of India and, Foreign National Students of India to undergraduate(UG) programs in Indian Premier Technical Institutions. Notably, It is a scholarship program offered by the Ministry of Education(MoE).

Ans. As per the officials of DASA there are 4503 seats available under DASA Quota. But, these seats divided into 2 categories, first DASA candidates(3002 seats) and, CIWG Candidates(1501 seats).
