Because the fee is different for each admission category students such as DASA SAARC candidate, DASA Non-SAARC candidate and CIWG candidate. DASA & CIWG Tuition Fees Structure

The non-refundable registration fees and, the first semester tuition fees of DASA & CIWG before submission of online application form are:- 

Admission Category Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) Tuition Fee (for 1st semester only)
CIWG 300 USD 62,500 INR
DASA (Non-SAARC) 300 USD 4000 USD
DASA (SAARC) 300 USD 2000 USD

 

Admission Category:- Admission category is the category which show students are applying for which particular quotes (DASA or CIWG). 

Institutional Tuition Fee:- The tuition fee of the candidates depends on the choice of their admission category. Furthermore, the category is further divided into NRI, OCI, PIO and, FN. The tuition fee for DASA and, CIWG category candidates are different from each other. 

Deposit Fees:- Some of the institutes charge a deposit fee for the 1st year which is refundable. The deposit fee of the institute depends on the institute. 

Important Note:- 

  • Registration fee for both DASA & CIWG are non-Refundable.
  • SAARC Stands for South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation.
  • SAARC countries get a 50% tuition fee waiver. 
  • SAARC countries include 8 members (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri-Lanka).

Hostel Accommodation Fee Structure 

If students choose to stay in the college hostel then they need to submit Hostel Accommodation and, other expenses. Which may typically range between US$400 – US$800 per year and, may vary facilities provided by hostels of Institutions.

Refund of Fee Payments

  A. DASA will refund your full payment in following cases:

  • If the applicant withdraws their application on or before the last date of fee payment.
  • If DASA do not allocate any seat to the applicants as per their given choices.
  • If DASA find the applicants ineligible during the application processing.

  B. DASA will refund 50% tuition fee in the following case:

  • If any of the candidate is receive a seat according to their choice and they do not accept the allotment. 

  C. Tuition fee won’t refundable in the following cases: 

  • Those students who accept the allotment, and later change their decision. 
  • By not joining or those students who do not submit required documents.
  • Applicants who withdraw application after joining the institution.
  • Applicants who were allotted seats in a special round. 

 If any of the students have not submitted their grade 11th & 12th documents at the time of application but, get a seat through DASA on the basis of JEE Main score. However, if the later institute verification reveals that candidate do not meet the qualification criteria based on their 11th and 12th-grade performance, then DASA will not consider them for any fee refund.
