Required Examination For Admission

The NRI Admissions at UIET for undergraduate engineering & architecture courses is typically based on the JEE Main score through DASA & CIWG Scheme. To secure a seat at UIET Students students must achieve a qualifying score in the JEE Main examination.

The fee for NRI Candidates depends on the specific courses chosen and the admission category because, In general, the fee for DASA Candidates is typically higher than that for CIWG Candidates.

NRI Admission Criteria in UIET

The admission criteria for Non-Residential-Indians (NRI) students at the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) are primarily based on the DASA Scheme for undergraduate students. 

So, it’s important to note that DASA applications are valid only for NRI, OCI, PIO, and FN students who have completed their 11th and 12th grades abroad and have achieved a minimum of 60% marks. Here are some key points to consider for admission to UIET.
